Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- partner with others for additional support when needed
- actively engage customers and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- promote Findmore and other programs to drive sales and enhance customer service
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- proactively call for assistance when needed at checkout
- utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device for line management
- assist with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- participate in annual inventory processes
- support company shrink and safety initiatives
- meet established performance standards related to iCAP program, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
