High school diploma or equivalent
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
excellent communication skills
friendly and approachable personality
ability to maintain cleanliness standards
basic knowledge of menu and pricing
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

prior experience in customer service or cashier role preferred
knowledge of cash handling procedures
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

basic math skills
understanding of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a personal invitation to return
offer assistance to guests needing help
process Golden Corral On the Go To-Go orders
handle payments accurately
maintain cleanliness and organization at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas
assist in setting up the buffet and ensure labels are correct
inform management when cash drawer needs to be taken to the safe
ensure cash drawer balances with daily paperwork
follow local health department laws and cleanliness standards
