Job Duties
- greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere personal invitation to return as guests leave
- offer assistance to any guests who may need help
- process Golden Corral On the Go To-Go orders
- be friendly and courteous on the phone
- handle payments accurately
- know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
- know what is on buffet for the day and have full knowledge of menu and prices
- maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule host cashier station and surrounding areas
- help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct
- clean all buffets and surrounding areas
- follow local health department laws
- perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness service and quality standards are met
- inform the manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery
- ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork
