Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, middays, and evenings
  • Ability to greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Ability to handle cash securely and balance daily paperwork
  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a cashier or host role is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Knowledge of food service and safety standards is a plus
  • Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas
  • Friendly and courteous phone manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere, personal invitation to return as guests leave
  • Offer assistance to any guests who need help
  • Process GC On the Go To-Go orders
  • Be friendly and courteous on the phone
  • Handle payments accurately
  • Know and follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas
  • Help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct
  • Clean all buffets and surrounding areas
  • Follow local health department laws
  • Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met
  • Inform the manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery
  • Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork
