Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, middays, and evenings
- Ability to greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Ability to handle cash securely and balance daily paperwork
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a cashier or host role is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food service and safety standards is a plus
- Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere, personal invitation to return as guests leave
- Offer assistance to any guests who need help
- Process GC On the Go To-Go orders
- Be friendly and courteous on the phone
- Handle payments accurately
- Know and follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery
- Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas
- Help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct
- Clean all buffets and surrounding areas
- Follow local health department laws
- Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met
- Inform the manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery
- Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork
