Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to lift and move items up to 75 pounds using appropriate safety techniques
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends for part-time roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and create a positive, lasting impression by offering personalized service
- Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions, sales, returns, exchanges, etc.
- Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise, use appropriate price overrides when necessary
- Manage all aspects of a customer’s expectations, communicate product information, care, maintenance, timeframes and delivery
- Affirm the client’s purchase and offer additional merchandise suggestions to complement and complete initial selections
- Ensure client is aware of all promotions that may impact sales
- Share information and testimonials about product, in-store events and workshops
- Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- Maximize resources to get the customer what they want and resolve any issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management and comply with all company policies and procedures
