Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to operate POS system
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 75 pounds using appropriate safety techniques
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends for part-time roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
  • Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and create a positive, lasting impression by offering personalized service
  • Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions, sales, returns, exchanges, etc.
  • Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise, use appropriate price overrides when necessary
  • Manage all aspects of a customer’s expectations, communicate product information, care, maintenance, timeframes and delivery
  • Affirm the client’s purchase and offer additional merchandise suggestions to complement and complete initial selections
  • Ensure client is aware of all promotions that may impact sales
  • Share information and testimonials about product, in-store events and workshops
  • Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
  • Maximize resources to get the customer what they want and resolve any issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management and comply with all company policies and procedures
