Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

  • experience operating POS systems
  • ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds

Job Duties

  • Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
  • engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and offer personalized service
  • accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges
  • ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise using appropriate price overrides
  • manage customer expectations by clearly communicating product information, care, maintenance, timeframes, and delivery
  • affirm customer's purchase and suggest additional merchandise
  • ensure customers are aware of all promotions impacting sales
  • share information and testimonials about products, events, and workshops
  • maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
  • maximize resources to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
  • foster an environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect
