- part-time associates must be available for minimum weekend and weekday shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

Job Duties
- Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and offer personalized service
- accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges
- ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise using appropriate price overrides
- manage customer expectations by clearly communicating product information, care, maintenance, timeframes, and delivery
- affirm customer's purchase and suggest additional merchandise
- ensure customers are aware of all promotions impacting sales
- share information and testimonials about products, events, and workshops
- maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- maximize resources to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues
- perform other duties as assigned by management
- foster an environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect
