Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 pounds using appropriate safety techniques
- Availability for full-time open schedule or part-time with weekend availability
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and create a positive, lasting impression by offering personalized service
- Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions, sales, returns, exchanges
- Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise, use appropriate price overrides when necessary
- Manage all aspects of customer expectations, clearly communicating product information, care, maintenance, timeframes and delivery
- Affirm client purchases and offer additional merchandise suggestions
- Ensure clients are aware of all promotions that may impact sales
- Share information and testimonials about products, in-store events and workshops
- Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- Maximize resources available to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Foster an environment where all associates are treated fairly, with dignity and respect
