Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Full-time associates must have open availability
- Part-time flex associates must be available to work at least two scheduled shifts on weekends and two during the week
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, using appropriate equipment and safety techniques

Job Duties
- Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and create a positive, lasting impression by offering personalized service
- Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions, sales, returns, exchanges
- Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise, use appropriate price overrides when necessary
- Manage all aspects of a customer's expectations, clearly communicating product information, care, maintenance, timeframes and delivery
- Affirm the client's purchase and offer additional merchandise suggestions to complement and complete selections
- Ensure client is aware of all promotions that may impact sales
- Share information and testimonials about product, in-store events, and workshops
- Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- Maximize all resources available to get the customer what they want and resolve any issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Foster an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect in accordance with the People-First Philosophy
