Job Requirements
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Full-time associates must have open availability
- Part-time associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled weekend shifts and two during the week
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Keep store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and create a positive, lasting impression by offering personalized service
- Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges
- Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise and use appropriate price overrides when necessary
- Manage all aspects of customer expectations by clearly communicating product information, care, maintenance, timeframes, and delivery
- Affirm client purchases and suggest additional merchandise to complement initial selections
- Ensure clients are aware of all promotions that may impact sales
- Share information and testimonials about products, in-store events, and workshops
- Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- Maximize resources to fulfill customer needs and resolve any issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management and comply with company policies
- Foster an environment where associates are treated fairly and with respect according to the People-First philosophy
