Job Requirements
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Full-time associates must have open availability to meet business needs
- Part-time flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two weekend shifts and two weekday shifts
- Weekend availability must include two separate days

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to engage customers and create lasting relationships
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Proficiency operating POS systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Job Duties
- Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and create a positive, lasting impression by offering personalized service
- Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions, sales, returns, exchanges, etc.
- Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise, use appropriate price overrides when necessary
- Manage all aspects of a customer's expectations, communicate product information, care, maintenance, timeframes and delivery
- Affirm the client's purchase and offer additional merchandise suggestions
- Ensure client is aware of all promotions that may impact sales
- Share information and testimonials about product, in-store events and workshops
- Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- Maximize resources to get the customer what they want and resolve any issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Foster an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect
