Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Proven sales ability and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to operate a POS system
- Capacity to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds using proper safety techniques
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts for part-time roles
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Commitment to uphold company policies and people-first culture
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals

- Experience operating POS systems

Job Duties
- Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and offer personalized service
- Perform accurate and efficient register and POS transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges
- Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise and use price overrides when necessary
- Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating product information, care, maintenance, and delivery timeframes
- Suggest additional merchandise to complement customer purchases
- Inform customers about all promotions affecting sales
- Share information on products, in-store events, and workshops to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- Utilize resources to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues
- Comply with company policies and perform other duties as assigned
- Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect in line with People-First Philosophy
