Job Requirements

  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Ability to operate POS system
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds safely
  • Open availability for full-time associates
  • Part-time associates must be available for weekend and weekday shifts with at least two shifts on weekends
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Passion for customer service and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and close sales
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Skilled in building lasting relationships with customers
  • Strong communication skills to understand customer needs
  • Capable of working well independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
  • Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and offer personalized service
  • Perform register/POS transactions accurately and efficiently including sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise using appropriate price overrides
  • Manage customer expectations by communicating product information, care, maintenance, and delivery
  • Affirm client purchases and suggest additional merchandise to complement selections
  • Inform clients of all promotions and share information about products, events, and workshops
  • Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
  • Maximize all resources to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues
  • Perform duties assigned by management and comply with company policies
  • Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect according to People-First Philosophy
