Job Requirements
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds safely
- Open availability for full-time associates
- Part-time associates must be available for weekend and weekday shifts with at least two shifts on weekends
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Passion for customer service and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and close sales
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Skilled in building lasting relationships with customers
- Strong communication skills to understand customer needs
- Capable of working well independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and offer personalized service
- Perform register/POS transactions accurately and efficiently including sales, returns, and exchanges
- Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise using appropriate price overrides
- Manage customer expectations by communicating product information, care, maintenance, and delivery
- Affirm client purchases and suggest additional merchandise to complement selections
- Inform clients of all promotions and share information about products, events, and workshops
- Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- Maximize all resources to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues
- Perform duties assigned by management and comply with company policies
