Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to operate POS system
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 pounds
- Availability for full-time open schedule or part-time flex including weekends
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Duties
- Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and create a positive lasting impression by offering personalized service
- Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges
- Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise and use appropriate price overrides
- Manage all aspects of customer expectations with clear communication about products, care, and delivery
- Affirm customer purchases and offer additional merchandise suggestions
- Ensure clients are aware of all promotions impacting sales
- Share information about products, in-store events, and workshops to enhance customer experience
- Maintain visual standards and supplies at the cash wrap area
- Maximize resources to meet customer needs and resolve issues
- Comply with company policies and foster a respectful People-First team environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
