Job Requirements

  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds safely
  • Full-time associates must have open availability
  • Part-time flex associates must work minimum two weekend shifts and two weekday shifts
  • Weekend availability on two separate days
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to operate POS system
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Passion for exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to understand customer needs and personal styles

Job Duties

  • Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
  • Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and offer personalized service
  • Accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise using appropriate price overrides
  • Manage customer expectations by communicating product information, care, maintenance, timeframes, and delivery
  • Affirm purchases and suggest additional merchandise to complement customer selections
  • Ensure clients are aware of promotions impacting sales
  • Share information about products, events, and workshops
  • Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
  • Maximize resources to meet customer needs and resolve issues
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
  • Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among associates
