Job Requirements

Must have weekend availability
Ability to work full-time or part-time hours
Basic math skills for handling payments

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role preferred
Ability to operate POS systems efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Interest in food service and hospitality

Job Duties

Greet every guest with energy warmth and genuine hospitality
Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
Guide guests through the menu and answer questions like a pro
Run food make drinks bus and reset tables as needed
Craft coffee and non-alcoholic beverages to spec
Restock utensils cups sauces and to-go supplies
Keep FOH areas clean organized and guest-ready
Treat every patio pup like a VIP
Communicate with your team and jump in to help wherever needed
Keep things flowing smoothly to minimize wait times and maximize guest satisfaction
