Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the cashier line and customer service counter to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Deliver excellent customer service by being polite, attentive, and approachable
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Supervise and support staff performance through coaching, on-the-job training, and mentoring
  • Promote teamwork and a positive, inclusive work environment
  • Manage cash handling, staff uniforms, and consumable inventory to maintain operational readiness
  • Coordinate and support in-store promotional activities, including task assignment and workflow organization
  • Lead by example by actively performing hands-on tasks within the Cashier Department
  • Ensure accurate, efficient, and courteous checkout service at all times
  • Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the department
