Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate company WORTH behaviors consistently
  • Partner with team members for additional support when needed
  • Resolve customer problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
  • Promote Findmore and other sales programs
  • Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
  • Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
  • Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
  • Proactively call for assistance when additional checkout help is needed
  • Use Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to manage checkout lines
  • Assist with Omnichannel efforts
  • Participate in recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
  • Take part in annual inventory processes
  • Support company shrink and safety initiatives
  • Meet established performance standards including iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
