Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company behaviors consistently
- Partner with colleagues for additional support
- Actively engage customers and resolve problems
- Assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote programs to drive sales and enhance customer service
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising checkout standards
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishments
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device
- Assist with omnichannel efforts
- Support store recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards including sales, profit, productivity, and attendance
