Job Requirements
- Must have a current food handler's certificate
- Must be punctual and have a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas
- Must be open to coaching and mentoring
- Must be available for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
- Must be comfortable listening and accommodating guests
Job Qualifications
- Current food handler's certificate
- Experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and openness to feedback
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
Job Duties
- Listen to and accommodate guests
- Make change and provide accurate cash-handling
- Ensure dining room and restroom are clean and in working order
- Act as first point of contact for customer complaints
- Multitask, stay organized, and focus on the guest
- Maintain punctuality, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence
- Receive coaching and mentoring in a learning culture
