Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- assist with credit, rewards and gift card programs
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts
- stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- call for assistance when additional help is needed in checkout
- utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device
- assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed
- perform recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
- participate in annual inventory processes
- support company shrink and safety initiatives
- meet established performance standards consistently including sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
