Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
  • Partner with team members for additional support when needed
  • Actively engage customers to resolve problems and provide information about credit, rewards, and gift card programs
  • Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
  • Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
  • Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkout areas
  • Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
  • Proactively call for assistance when needed in checkout lines
  • Utilize mobile Point of Sale (POS) devices for line management
  • Assist with Omnichannel operations
  • Support recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
  • Participate in annual inventory processes
  • Support company shrink and safety initiatives
  • Meet established performance standards for sales, customer service, productivity, attendance, and company programs
  • Solve problems and make decisions that improve sales, profit, and customer service
  • Cooperate and build positive, inclusive, and respectful work relationships
  • Take accountability for actions and outcomes
  • Proactively find ways to improve the customer experience
  • Exhibit confidence and urgency in task execution
