Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with team members for additional support when needed
- Actively engage customers to resolve problems and provide information about credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkout areas
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Proactively call for assistance when needed in checkout lines
- Utilize mobile Point of Sale (POS) devices for line management
- Assist with Omnichannel operations
- Support recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards for sales, customer service, productivity, attendance, and company programs
- Solve problems and make decisions that improve sales, profit, and customer service
- Cooperate and build positive, inclusive, and respectful work relationships
- Take accountability for actions and outcomes
- Proactively find ways to improve the customer experience
- Exhibit confidence and urgency in task execution
