Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner where needed for additional support
- Actively engage customers and resolve problems related to credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales enhancement programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device for line management
- Assist with omnichannel operations, recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards for sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance
