Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate company WORTH behaviors consistently
- partner with colleagues for additional support when needed
- actively engage customers to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- promote sales and customer service programs such as Findmore
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- maintain signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- call for assistance when additional help is needed at checkout
- utilize Point of Sale on mobile devices to support line management
- assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed
- assist with recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- participate in annual inventory processes
- support company shrink and safety initiatives
- meet established performance standards including sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
