Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 months of cashiering experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to apply basic math including rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and dress according to company standards
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work responsibly
- Willingness to assist in additional duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Greet all customers when entering and exiting the store
- Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain all benefits
- Accurately balance cash drawer at the end of the day
- Maintain a clean working environment and personal workspace
- Engage in conversation with customers to personalize each transaction
- End each transaction by thanking every customer
- Maintain a professional appearance on the sales floor
