Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier and customer service experience is preferred
- ability to work full-time
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to pass any required background checks and drug screenings
Job Qualifications
- Prior cashier experience preferred

Job Duties
- Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion
- enters all sales into the cash register
- makes change and accepts multiple forms of payment including declining balance cards
- issues receipts to customers
- follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
- interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a service-oriented manner
- manages assigned cash drawer ensuring compliance with cash control standards
- replenishes condiments, coffee, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
- stocks pastry cases
- ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory, cash control, sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements
- performs other assigned duties
