Job Duties
- Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion
- enter all sales into the cash register
- make change and accept various payment methods
- issue receipts to customers
- follow procedures for cash refunds
- interact with customers and resolve complaints
- manage assigned change funds and cash receipts
- observe customer purchases for portion control
- replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies
- maintain cleanliness in service areas
- keep pastry case stocked
- ensure compliance with service standards and cash control procedures
- comply with sanitation and safety requirements
- perform additional duties as assigned
