Job Requirements
- high school education or equivalent experience
- excellent customer service skills
- excellent math skills preferred
- ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English
- must be at least 18 years of age or older
- ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable
- ability to speak and read English proficiently

Job Duties
- Perform point of sale (POS) responsibilities and process all forms of payments
- ask each customer for cash donations at POS
- establish or identify prices of goods via merchandise type or on-site leader support
- complete closing procedures as necessary
- maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance
- greet customers entering the store and thank customers leaving
- maintain sales floor by following floorwork and picture process map (PPM) standards
- stock merchandise in appropriate areas
- utilize phone and paging systems for scheduled announcements
- maintain a clean and safe environment
- model Goodwill core values – trust, collaboration, engagement, ownership, and innovation
- perform other related duties as assigned
