Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- willingness to work in a comfortable indoor environment with occasional exposure to cleaning agents
- availability for regular, predictable, full attendance
- willingness to follow club policies and procedures
- honesty and integrity in all job functions

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- verify, renew, and upgrade membership products
- scan merchandise and accept various forms of payment
- provide excellent member service efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of the front-line department
- assist in general club housekeeping
- manage self-checkout and scan pan lanes
- support club policies and procedures
- meet cashier productivity expectations
- resolve and deescalate member concerns
- assist members with self-checkout and technical difficulties
- return resellable merchandise to sales floor
- perform other duties as assigned
- maintain a safe and positive environment
- uphold GOLD member standards
