Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Keep fitting rooms tidy and available for customers
- Process and return merchandise from try-on sessions back to the floor
- Assist with putting out new inventory and replenishments
- Support stylists by pulling product and helping manage customer needs
- Complete operational tasks as assigned by store leadership
- Ensure all assigned duties are finished before clocking out
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences
- Collect customer information for AKIRA's loyalty program (name, phone, birthday)
- Suggest last-minute add-ons to maximize sales at checkout
- Operate the register in accordance with all company policies and procedures
- Follow all payment, pricing, discount, and return protocols
- Address customer questions, feedback, or concerns professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked register station
