Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to handle cash and payment processing accurately
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- good interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections
- accurately take and assemble orders for guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- manage the pickup area efficiently to ensure timely guest service
- handle cash and electronic payment transactions responsibly
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- uphold quality control standards throughout the service process
