Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to handle cash and payment processing accurately
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong attention to detail
  • good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a cashier or front-line food service role preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems a plus

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections
  • accurately take and assemble orders for guests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
  • manage the pickup area efficiently to ensure timely guest service
  • handle cash and electronic payment transactions responsibly
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
  • uphold quality control standards throughout the service process
