- Process member orders accurately and efficiently
- Collect payments and handle cash transactions
- Provide high-level member service and support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department
- Set up department for daily operations
- Perform closing tasks including cleanup and restocking
- Assist members with inquiries and resolve order issues
