Job Duties
- Process member orders accurately and efficiently
- Collect payments from members using various payment methods
- Provide exceptional member service with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Perform cleanup duties to maintain a clean and orderly environment
- Set up the department at the beginning of shifts to ensure readiness
- Execute closing tasks to secure the department and prepare for the next day
- Assist members with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
