Job Requirements
- No experience required but one or more years in restaurant or customer service preferred
- Ability to speak and read English
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Customer service skills
- Experience using POS system preferred
- Food handler card required where applicable
- Flexible availability for full-time or part-time work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in restaurant or customer service roles (preferred)
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of operating POS systems
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Food handler card where applicable
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and provide friendly, courteous service
- Operate the cash register and accurately enter orders into the Point-Of-Sales (POS) system
- Manage the drive-thru station efficiently to ensure fast service
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments securely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Assist team members to deliver seamless customer service
- Follow food safety and handling guidelines appropriately
