Job Duties
- Operate cash registers and other computerized order entry systems efficiently and accurately
- Ensure the correct handling and reconciliation of cash, including preparing cash reports
- Maintain efficient customer flow, offering a positive and friendly customer service experience
- Verify and serve correct food portions in accordance with service standards
- Keep work areas, including cash registers, beverage stations, and take-out areas, clean and organized
- Collect and safeguard all charge slips and maintain confidentiality of financial transactions
- Assist in general maintenance and cleanliness of the department
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide general information as needed
