Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and retain menu knowledge and current promotions
  • Experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Experience using Point of Sale systems preferred
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Attention to detail in order accuracy and guest needs

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and ask questions to understand their needs
  • Offer menu suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary needs
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale system
  • Deliver food to tables promptly and ensure order accuracy
  • Proactively provide refills on chips and drinks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
  • Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and Hospitality Team to resolve issues and enhance guest experience
