Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and retain menu knowledge and current promotions
- Experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Experience using Point of Sale systems preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
- Attention to detail in order accuracy and guest needs
Job Duties
- Greet guests and ask questions to understand their needs
- Offer menu suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary needs
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale system
- Deliver food to tables promptly and ensure order accuracy
- Proactively provide refills on chips and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and Hospitality Team to resolve issues and enhance guest experience
