Job Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule
Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to bend, stretch, twist or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights

Job Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to learn and retain menu knowledge and current promotions
Experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
Experience using Point of Sale systems preferred
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
Attention to detail in order accuracy and guest needs

Job Duties

Greet guests and ask questions to understand their needs
Offer menu suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary needs
Process orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale system
Deliver food to tables promptly and ensure order accuracy
Proactively provide refills on chips and drinks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and Hospitality Team to resolve issues and enhance guest experience
