Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company WORTH behaviors consistently
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkout and impulse fixtures
- Use Point of Sale on mobile devices to manage checkout lines
- Support omnichannel efforts including recovery and inventory
- Participate in annual inventory and maintain fitting room areas
- Uphold company's shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards consistently
