Job Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as a cashier in a fast-paced quick service restaurant, cafe, or retail environment
  • Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items up to 50 lbs, and stooping

Job Duties

  • Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties
  • Anticipate the needs of guests and provide consistent, genuine, and generous service
  • Guide guests through the menu, providing thoughtful recommendations for food and beverage items
  • Prepare and serve food and beverage items as needed, ensuring proper food handling procedures and adhering to Hogsalt recipes and standards
  • Address any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible
  • communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership
  • Complete all closing duties including closing sidework, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership
  • Ensure all Hogsalt Steps Of Service not listed above are properly executed
