Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education
- Prior experience in cashier or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including late-night and holiday shifts
- Capable of working in outdoor temperature conditions below 33 degrees Fahrenheit
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service
- Describe menu items and answer guest questions
- Accurately take orders and payments at the cashier counter and drive-thru
- Work with a sense of urgency to manage long lines efficiently
- Distribute food orders while engaging guests with friendly interactions
- Take and process catering and take-out orders over the phone
- Verify order accuracy and serve alcoholic beverages to guests 21 and older
