Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have basic proficiency with cash registers and POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work with a sense of urgency and efficiency
- If serving alcohol, must be 21 or older
- Must comply with all safety and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cash handling or customer service roles advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly and energetic demeanor
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service
- Describe menu items and answer guest questions
- Take orders and payments quickly and accurately both at the cashier counter and drive-thru
- Work with urgency to maintain efficient line flow
- Collaborate as a team player to assist both staff and guests
- Distribute food orders while engaging with guests creatively
- Handle catering and take-out orders over the phone, verify accuracy, accept payments, serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 21, and assist with special event planning
