Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three month(s) related experience and/or training
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to understand and follow simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and multiply/divide with factors of 10 and 100
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to work shifts from 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Ability to travel up to 5 percent of the time

- Effective presentation skills for one-on-one and small group situations

- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Familiarity with rates applicable to time passed
Job Duties
- Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients
- Acknowledges and greets guests immediately while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
- Assists guests with directions and all other inquiries
- Determines guest charges and processes payments via cash, credit, or direct billing
- Accurately categorizes tickets for audit purposes
- Collects and reconciles revenue accurately and furnishes payment receipts
- Completes accurate and timely shift reports
- Follows all standard operating procedures related to cash banks
- Operates equipment, including registers, gates, and credit card machines
- Completes all tasks in a timely manner as instructed by the Lead Cashier or Account Manager
