Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 or older to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service
- Describe menu items and answer guest questions
- Quickly and accurately take orders and process payments at the cashier counter and drive-thru
- Work with a sense of urgency to manage long lines efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to assist and serve guests effectively
- Distribute food orders to guests while engaging them with creative interactions
- Take and verify catering and take-out orders over the phone, accept payments, serve alcoholic beverages (21+), assist guests in event planning
