Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency in handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems
- Willingness to work outdoors in various temperature conditions
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service
- Describe menu items and answer guest questions
- Take orders and process payments accurately both at the cashier counter and drive-thru
- Work efficiently to maintain fast service and minimize wait times
- Collaborate with team members to assist and serve both guests and coworkers
- Distribute food orders to guests with an engaging and friendly attitude
- Take catering and take-out orders via phone, verify order accuracy, accept payment, serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 21, and assist with event planning
