Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation for timely arrival
- Previous experience in food service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service
- Describe menu items and answer guest questions
- Accurately take orders and payments at cashier counter and drive-thru
- Work with a sense of urgency to keep lines moving
- Collaborate as a team player to assist others
- Distribute food orders while engaging guests with rhymes or freestyle
- Take catering and take-out orders over the phone and ensure order accuracy
- Check online, catering, and phone orders
- Accept payments and serve alcoholic beverages when applicable
- Assist guests with event planning
