Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods
- Must have stamina and capability to work in a fast-paced and hot environment
- Regular, reliable, and dependable transportation and attendance
- Open availability including holidays and weekends
- Compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge
- Effective English communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to take direction positively
- Clean cut and outgoing personality
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Use proper Flo's telephone etiquette to answer and direct calls
- Demonstrate proper order-taking techniques including asking for all required guest information
- Take guests' orders in person or by phone in a friendly and courteous manner
- Have complete knowledge of the menu and all takeout specials
- Handle point of sale system quickly and efficiently from ringing in orders to accepting payments
- Uphold strict cash handling procedures and be accountable for all transactions daily
- Ensure 100% compliance with all company policies and laws including health and safety standards
