Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- basic computer literacy
- strong communication skills in English
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Answer and direct calls using proper telephone etiquette
- take guests orders in person or by phone in a friendly and courteous manner
- demonstrate complete knowledge of the menu and all takeout specials
- handle point of sale system efficiently including ringing in orders and accepting payments
- uphold strict cash handling and accountability for daily transactions
- open and/or close the takeout area according to provided checklists
- execute prep and portion lists accurately
- package and organize takeout orders following guidelines ensuring temperature-specific packing
- verify order accuracy
- maintain personal health, sanitation standards, and clean uniform
- lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
- respond to guest complaints and escalate to management as needed
