Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience including 3 years supervisory role
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset
- Knowledge of marketing, event coordination, and ability to analyze data and market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Well-versed in workplace health and safety practices
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with tools and equipment relevant to the role
- Able to accurately interpret product labels
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, team player able to work independently

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the cashier line and customer service counter to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Deliver excellent customer service by being polite, attentive, and approachable
- handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Supervise and support staff performance through coaching, on-the-job training, and mentoring
- promote teamwork and a positive, inclusive work environment
- Manage cash handling, staff uniforms, and consumable inventory to maintain operational readiness
- Coordinate and support in-store promotional activities, including task assignment and workflow organization
- Lead by example by actively performing hands-on tasks within the Cashier Department
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and courteous checkout service at all times
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the department
