Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent or relevant restaurant experience
  • flexible availability including long hours
  • adherence to uniform and personal grooming standards
  • willingness to wear masks or gloves as regulated
  • at least 1 year of full service restaurant experience for cashiers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in a full service restaurant
  • experience working in a customer-facing role
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
  • basic math skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greeting customers promptly and courteously
  • processing customer transactions accurately
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • providing information about menu items and daily specials
  • assisting with bakery product preparation and display
  • handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
  • following health and safety regulations
