Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent experience in a restaurant or related field
  • flexible and long hours required at times
  • maintain high standards of personal grooming and wear proper uniform and any required face masks or gloves
  • restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to handle fast-paced environment
  • good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • minimum one year of full service restaurant experience
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • positive attitude and team player
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers warmly and efficiently
  • operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
  • coordinate deli and bakery product displays to ensure freshness and appeal
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house areas
  • uphold health and safety standards including proper use of uniforms and protective gear
  • provide product information and respond to customer inquiries
  • support team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours
