Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures

- Basic knowledge of point of sale systems

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner where needed for additional support
- Engage customers enthusiastically to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales initiatives
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing, merchandising standards at checkouts, stocking and merchandising impulse fixtures
- Proactively call for help when additional assistance is needed in checkout
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts and general store recovery and maintenance tasks
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards related to iCAP program, sales, customer service, productivity, and attendance
