Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with team members for support
- Engage customers actively and enthusiastically
- Resolve customer problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Call for assistance when additional checkout support is needed
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device for line management
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts
- Support store recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards including sales, profit, customer service, productivity, and attendance
